THE FIRST CONSULTATION INCLUDES:

It is possible to start examinations immediately if the patient would like so. Financial consultancy will also take place here to give you detailed information on the costs incurring for the treatment, and our accountant will do his best to meet all your concerns.
Depending on the available anticipatory findings the examination can take not more than two weeks

- Examination of the risk of deep vein thrombosis
- base hormones on day 3 of menstrual cycle
- Immunology antibodies
- Vitamin D
- Alloimmune infertility test

2. BLOOD TEST:
- Chem-7
- Blood grouping and antibody screening
- Insulin resistance (fasting)
GYNAECOLOGICAL CHECK-UP:
- I. Visit (ultrasound, culture of vaginal discharge and resistance testing, human papilloma virus (HPV) testing)
- STD 7
- HYCOSY (ultrasound uterine cavity examination) – where appropriate
- Diagnostic hysteroscopy and abdominal laporoscopy - where appropriate

- examination of base hormons (FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, Estradiol, Testosterone, Testosterone free, Vitamin D)
ANDROLOGY EXAMINATION:
- Spermiogram + General bactericidal culture + STD (6) screening
- Halosperm test
- DNA fragmentation measurement by flow cytometry
- Acrosome reaction test
- ROS test with flow cytometry
- HBA test
- MAR test
- Determination of IL-6 and IL-8 in seminal plasma with flow cytometry
- HPV test
SECOND CONSULTATION ALREADY ABOUT THE SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM:
- Assessment of examination results
- Handing over patient's declaration
- Decision on the method of assisted reproduction treatment
- Request for anesthesiology consultation
- Request for andrological consultation
- Stimulation method proposal
Depending on the protocol the therapy can last from some weeks to one and a half months.
